Our researchers build meaningful programs of research that empower our clients to solve problems and serve their customers. As a Researcher, you’ll work as an integral part of embedded teams, collaborating with teammates and stakeholders to deliver insights that shape products and services. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Dive into User Needs: Conduct research to understand behaviors & needs, assess usability, and uncover the insights that drive impactful product and marketing decisions.
Create Research Artifacts: Develop research plans, discussion guides, survey questionnaires, reports, personas, service blueprints, and journey maps that give our clients the data they need to make decisions.
Collaborate and Connect: Work with internal team and client collaborators to ensure research aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Facilitate Alignment: Lead workshops, report readouts, and collaborative sessions that bring cross-functional teams together, creating alignment and cohesion throughout the research and design process.
Tell the Story: Communicate findings in a way that’s clear, compelling, and actionable. You’ll help clients connect the dots between data and decisions.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years of experience conducting market and/or user experience research required.
Quantitative and qualitative experience required.
AI fluency required
Agency or consulting experience preferred but not required.
Experience with Accessibility/a11y user research is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a social science (psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, linguistics, political science etc.), computer science, design or related field required. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
Skills: Exceptional research skills, and a strong qualitative methodological tool box. Proficiency in quantitative methods skills (survey design, descriptive statistics) required.
Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that inform design and business decisions.
People Focused: A thoughtful approach to ethics, and DEI in research design and implementation.
Agility: Comfortable working in an empowered, self-initiating environment, and adjusting to change with ease.
Tools: Expertise with Docs, Slides, and exceptional skills in Google Sheets required
Confidence with online meeting platforms, video recording software required
Familiarity with design & collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with research platforms such as UserTesting, Userlytics, Dovetail, Dscout, Qualtrics, User Interviews is required
Confidence with AI tools is a plus

Salary: $85-95K/year base
Eligible for performance bonuses of up to 6% of salary
